Dallas Lung Care is an absolute gem of a healthcare facility. As someone who has suffered with chronic asthma and allergies, I’ve had a rough go for a very long time. I’ve seen multiple doctors in multiple fields, but I always felt that they weren’t listening to my core problems or addressing the root causes. Dr. Lataifeh and Dr. Etman have both been amazing. I personally sought out Mr. Lataifeh after he helped my grandma at another hospital, and I was not disappointed. The small office staff was incredibly understanding about how difficult it was to transport my granny and gave me time to arrive. Both the doctor and staff were patient, kind, and thorough—explaining everything I needed to know about my grandmother’s medical care.
Your staff is amazing. I was very well taken care of yesterday. They call the EMT for me, stayed in the room with me the whole time. Got the doctor when I needed him. I don't know them by names but my visit was on 7/28 @ 2:00. Please tell them thank you and give them big hugs for me.
They canceled 3 scheduled appointments because the doctors “out of town”. This office is very slow and unorganized. I waited 2.5 hours to be seen for my appointment!! The front staff is nice but they are slow. Walls are thin and you can hear other patients health information being discussed. The office looks like ghetto , cheap furniture, equipment looks old, and decor is ugly. They only have 2 Doctors who seems nice but are unavailable most of the time. Everyone is so caring. Dr LaAtaifeh is great. He makes you feel like you are family. He shows true concern for your health. He takes the time to explain everything to you and does not treat yoi like a number. I love all the staff. I feel like I am in excellent hands.
