On the phone for 1 hour and 17 minutes listening to the most depressing classical music I've ever heard. This music was created to make you hang up so they don't have to deal with you. So my son's school Stephen J.Hay hybrid prep said there would be a bustop near my house that'd pick up my son.. Nope! The closest one was a 24 min drive (45 during rush hour) then he had to be on the bus where the driver was hitting the potholes like a maniac sending the kids out of their seats for another 40+ minutes of driving.. then that in... read more

Bus always late. Today no pick up after my child was waiting outside for a hour. I’ve had email conversations with Albert Brown at Dallas ISD transportation but he’s done nothing to fix the issues. It’s shameful

Today, bus did not show up. I called their office 4 times. Two times they hang up on me. Third time after holding for 27 minutes I hang up and called 4th time and able to talk to CSR. My issue has not been solved.
