A very nice space. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable.
I called for general information on getting some school records & was very rudely addressed. When i tried asking a follow-up question, the woman over the phone has this awful tone like she was standing her ground & ready to argue. I called for help & instead got an angry run-around confrontation. I can't believe they would let such unprofessionalism be the first point of contact when you call them.
