Super busy, patient flow has increased so wait time varies BUT Dr Matthew is a great doctor. We love and care about our patients and try our best to accommodate everyone as best as we can! We are working on getting more staff to help the flow smooth out :)
Made my appointment. I was called in with in 15 minutes.
Dr does not care about his patients, did not properly numb my eye before giving me a shot, when I yelled out in pain he said you're ok and walked out of the room. my eye was swollen and bloodshot for 5 days after the shot. left me with a black dot that floats in my vision, very unprofessional
Dr. Matthews has been a great ophthalmologist but his staff really needs to show some productivity at work. My dad has his interview with the USCIS for his citizenship and he has got very poor eyesight. I called the office back in Dec 2020 that we needed Dr. Matthews help in getting my dad an exception so that the USCIS doesn’t require him to read or write English at his Naturalization/Citizenship interview.
