Great service! I was referred to Dallas Foam by some friends of mine who have used them for a while for cake dummies. I recently needed some special foam pieces to make a base for a cupcake tree. I placed my order via email and received a response that day. They answered all my questions and had my custom order ready within a week. They are very reasonable and can make just about anything our of Styrofoam. I will use them again and again.
cakerod I have order 6 different times from Dallas Foam Inc and all of the orders have arrived in a timely fashion and the product was great. compared to other dummies i have purchased. Will buy again.
No Rating We had the same problem with the same employee. We called to ask why our order had not been placed. She was very ugly and rude and I tried to explain and ask when I spoke to the owner he said he would place the order and that had not been done. She replied do you want the order or not. and hung up, I called back and she stated she did not care how I felt and would not let me talk. They are the most un-professional and deceitful company I ever ordered from and will tell all other bakeries in Dallas and San Antonio, ... read more
