Kept my follow-up appt 3/10/26. Was 1st time to see Dr. Cortez. He was very thorough, courteous & l really liked his chairside manner. I will continue to see him for future eye needs.
Provided a great experience. Explained exactly what would occur. Staff & medical support was great. I went in with total confidence. The post surgery follow up was top grade as well!
The dr was fantastic and the whole staff and got to see a picture of my eye which was interesting
I scheduled a appointment 3 months in advance. I am a teacher so I had to have someone cover my classroom. All this being said, as soon as I walk in the door for my appointment the receptionist tells me that the eye doctor they scheduled me with at their facility doesn't take my vision insurance. So then I asked why no one called me to tell me any of this. Then she tells me that she can reschedule me with one of their eye doctors who does take my insurance. I am not the biggest fan of this eye center. Was rescheduled three times after my initial exam. I just wanted to get contacts instead of glasses. I explained this when I called to set up the appointment. Evidently they thought I was a “new” patient. They kept scheduling me with someone “out of my network “, when all I needed was to see the assistant that could have helped me. Finally I get to my appointment where the assistant tells me I have to put the contacts in myself after I told her I didn’t know how and I paid 25$ for... read more
