We've had several cars serviced and/or repaired. Mercedes, American cars, etc. I've used all the local dealerships and they're way over the top. This place has great service, straight forward answers and is more than fair. The value for the money is why I keep using them - great work at very competitive rates. They make sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend them for high end vehicles or any make/model.
This shop has great price and the service is better than the dealership. After taking my first car there for Service A, I was so impressed I brought back my other car for service because I was very satisfied.
Amir and Norm are great at what they do. Great customer service, high quality work, and a friendly professional staff. I have used them for many years, and won't take my car anywhere else. They are the best. Good guys, too.

they lied to me about their estimate policy and refused to refund an amout they had initially said they would refund I have little faith in them and would not trust them further
There's not much to say except that the guys at Dallas European Auto provide great service at a fair price. They are genuine in the way they repair your car. They are not out to get you or just make a quick buck. They gave me all the details of my car, it's main concerns and let me make an educated decision on what I should do. Thanks, guys!!
Great shop! They've worked on my BMW 535i a few different times for various things. 1st time was when I needed an alignment, then when I was in a little fender bender with a teenager that sideswiped my car, then when I needed some diagnostic work done for a squeaking axel. My husband and I decided stick with Dallas European Auto instead of re-uping our warranty on the car when it hit 50,000 miles. Their prices are very reasonable, they are reliable, they do great work and they're certified. I would highly recommend them!
The engine in my Audi A4 Quattro had to be rebuilt. At the time I was with a different mechanic but due to dishonesty and ethics, I knew that I couldnt trust this person with such a detailed and expensive job. After some research, I came across the great guys at DEA. I highly recommend them, although my repairs ended up costing more than my quote, they stuck to their word and delivered my car in an exceptional condition and it rides as smooth as the day I got it.
