You call because your water heater has manufacturer warranty for parts, but the lady on the phone is rude because they didn't do initial installation however manufacturer says you can use any license plumber. This right here would not be who I would do business with. Cause you will still get paid for labor just not parts.
3 experiences and neither were good. 1st 2 technicians didnt fix the work and were very sarcastic. The 2nd set they sent to fix the original issue fixed it but then took issues with the 2nd issue. Then I was forced to use them again, they never showed up and then sent the request in 4 days later saying the work was complete. I have communicated this to Duke Energy and told them to stop sending this company to my house.
