Worst Contractor Award This guy screwed me good. He did about half the job, ran my credit card, got his money and never came back. If you notice, you never get him when you call. He always calls back. That's because he's hiding from nearly everyone in town. Stay away from this bozo.
HR I just did a large door order with this company. I paid with a charge card and would not recomend them for nothing. They never finished the job. Came out did part and then said he would credit me for the unfinished work after I waited two weeks for him. Service poor. Follow up poor. Credibility, none with me.
Dallas Door & Window could do better As I write this review I have been unable to have two questions resolved. 1. I have asked Dallas Door and Window 4 times for an itemized invoice after I amended the original quote to delete the install of a new storm door. My conversations with the proprietor have been pleasant enough but no action. The work was done 6 1/2 weeks ago. 2. Dallas Door and Window appears to have overcharged me, but with out an invoice, the company cannot defend itself from this accusation. They showed up with... read more
