I got my registration within 10min
They assured me that my custom place was not in their possession, despite the fact that my custom plates had been delivered to them a few days prior. They had simply misplaced it and due to their inability to locate it they insisted that they had not received it yet and that I should come back some other time after calling the customer service. What a waste of time and energy!
