Needed a handicapped placard for my car. Went in Monday morning. Had to leave because system was down state wide. Two employees called me back this morning to tell me machine was fixed. Went back and in 10 minutes all was good. Everyone was helpful and kind.
Dallas county DMV is a joke. They don’t even have a printer at the Hillcrest location to print title copies, which are supposed to be able to do. Had to go to Carrollton what a dump. What a joke.who is running this operation
