We went all the way from Boise Idaho to purchase our RV at Dallan’s RV in Pleasant Grove Utah. They had the exact model that we wanted and were very helpful at every step. We struggled with our local RV dealer here in Boise and were not happy to find out we would have to use their service department for this model. They’ve always been a great help and service! They always seek to make the situation right if it’s something they could’ve controlled and in many cases even things out of anyone’s control! The whole Allridge clan is a stand up family. I’ll always go to them for my RV needs as long as I live in Utah county!
Every company has employees. Eventually, no matter how good a company is, employees mess up and make mistakes or drop the ball. In my opinion the biggest measuring stick for a company is how the management/ ownership handle those situations. Dallan and Gabriel are awesome guys. Dallan really knows his inventory and both of them were extremely helpful in looking for the right RV! Great customer service and expertise is crucial to my husband and I. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. Everything they have done for me has been for a great price and then done quickly. I give them five stars for sure. If they had 10 stars I would give them that.
We bought a trailer with a trade in 3 months ago. We still don't have our title. We can't get plates and have been told we will have our title "next week" for months. At this point i'm convinced the previous owners took the trade in money from Dallan and didn't pay off their lien. Hopefully we can just return the trailer and get our money back. Be careful of buying used RVs from Dallans.
