I rented chairs for my daughter’s Sweet 16 from Dalissa Events and Party Rentals. Initially, my experience was positive, and communication seemed good leading up to the event. Unfortunately, on the day of the event, several issues arose that left me disappointed. Fantastic experience! I rented several items including the pink throne, rose wall, carriage candy cart, chairs, linens and lighting, for my daughter’s garden themed sweet 16 party. Every part of the rental process was easy and seamless - from the initial quote to when the items were picked up. All items arrived on time and looked exactly as they did online. I had a great experience with Vanessa Johnson at Delissa’s Party Rental. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Vanessa took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are satisfied, and she definitely delivered. I highly recommend working with Vanessa if you need party rentals!
