I had a disappointing experience during my visit. When I politely asked for applying cream after eyebrow threading, the staff member refused to do it and responded rudely with a comment “It may happen in ur place India, not here,” which I found disrespectful.Her tone was not good, I expected more professionalism and courtesy.
First time here. Besides being able to easily make an appointment on the app Vagaro for eyebrow threading, henna brows and lip threading, it wasn’t even worth it. Made my appointment at 11 am when they open and no one was there, wasn’t open yet and there was other customers waiting that they even asked me if I worked there because I was there earlier!! My second time here and each time, pleasant. I have sparse brows and Margila, did a very good job and gave great advice.
