We organized last minute transport from the airport to MD Anderson Hospital for a cancer patient who was traveling from Virginia. Monica and the dispatcher working the evening of 6/13 were angels. They answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of reassurance as I navigated the process. I must have called a million times to keep checking on the status of the transport and they treated me with patience and kindness.
