I had a very positive experience with Dalia ambulance service. The pricing was reasonable and fully justified by the quality of care provided. John and the staff were highly experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely professional throughout. They not only handled the situation with care and efficiency but also guided us with the right judgment during a very critical time. Their calm and confident approach gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend their service!
We organized last minute transport from the airport to MD Anderson Hospital for a cancer patient who was traveling from Virginia. Monica and the dispatcher working the evening of 6/13 were angels. They answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of reassurance as I navigated the process. I must have called a million times to keep checking on the status of the transport and they treated me with patience and kindness.
