My motorhome was towed in the 1st week of August. Todd was so patient with my insurance but was also very persistent with them to get me a new engine. It took a while and he did what was necessary and I have a new engine. He kept me informed all along the process. We never ever felt they were anything but up front and honest. He treats customers with respect and dignity. He went out of his way to help us with lending us a cooler and freezer space at his facility. Wish I could give a 10 out of 5. Way above and beyond!!
Always awesome service! Their crew is knowledgeable, repairs are done as promised. Best service every time, whether its a vehicle, RV, even a boat...Todd and the team always come through!
I'm from out of town, and needed my ride fixed for work. These guys had a look at my truck, no appointment. They couldn’t get the part to my old truck in time, so they lent me a ride until the repairs were complete. I totally recommend these guys to anyone in the FN area. They saved my bacon.
Veniamos desde Alaska y aun nos faltan 2000km a nuestro destino, teniamos un problema de posible fuga de aceite y un ruido que nos asusto. So grateful for the help Todd, Lori and the rest of the team at Dalex offered me, that went beyond just repairing my car. Really nice, humane and honest people there. It's definitely the place to go in Ft Nelson.
