This place had a little bit of everything!
I would give this apartment place a zero if possible. The management here is awful. They make up poor excuses for anything they do incorrectly, never sincerely apologizing for their errors. The fees they charge are enormous. They charge you for things that they never do. Fortunately I took pictures before moving in and after moving out. The apartment was filthy when I first moved in and the cleaning of the black stuff on the floors did not help. Just moved in. Such a nice place. Amenities nearby. The buildings are nice and surrounded by mountain views. So calm. Nice neighbors too. Can't wait to attend summer concert and enjoy Farmers' Market.
