The tile floor is coming up. Roaches are bad. And the air vents/ducts are the worse I have ever seen. Doing a mold test. I wish I could post pics. And then you have to worry about the three drug dealers we have. Don't call 911. It took cops 2hrs 45 minutes to show up. Best have protection.
I moved here in Dec. 2014. I can say I truly love it here. It's quiet, peaceful and well maintained. Coming from out-of-state, I can appreciate the tough rules for a reason. I don't care for noise or people hanging out. I have lived places where anything goes and I am so grateful they don't tolerate foolishness and nonsense here. If you follow the rules they have in place you will have no problems. As far as guest, they tell you in the paperwork you sign what is and is not acceptable. This is where my now deceased sister resided. I don't recommend anyone living here unless you are near being homeless. When she died they OVER CHARGED clean up costs, replacing porch lights - $3.50 per bulb that were in working order the night before we returned the keys, she paid her rent on the 1st in full and died the 6th.
