Dr. Dalessandro’s work is excellent, and he has always been very professional. However, it seems there may have been some miscommunication or oversight on the part of his staff. Today, I came in for X-rays and a cleaning and confirmed that the charge would be $235. However, the hygienist told me I needed to pay before the Dr. came in, and charged my card $464 without confirming the price change beforehand. Dr. Dalessandro is a kind, compassionate doctor who is exceptional at what he does. I’ve had a couple of sinus lifts, an abscess, two implants, etc. and never felt the least bit of pain or discomfort, neither during the procedures nor after. I would highly recommend Dr. Dalessandro to anyone needing a periodontist! You also can’t beat his staff! They are welcoming and friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door.
