Just got back from an appointment with Daleside. 06/08/24 @ 17.00 I must say the last time we were there they were great. Fast forward a year and it's a completely different place. The receptionist was less than helpful. I took my two ladies for their boosters ( Luna and peggy) And we were made to wait over an hour. I might be the only dog owner with nervous dogs but for my dogs an hour at the vets is not a nice experience.
