Unprofessional and rude. Called him before heading to his shop asking if he can weld some plates and provide a quote for me and he said yes when I arrived he rudely said with a blank face “he doesn’t have time for me” he refused to quote me and just walked away. Kind laughed a little thinking is this guy joking because why would he make me come all the way here for that & he sent me away.
Very unprofessional as I had a couple questions to ask Dale and sounded like he was intoxicated and very rude for a company that services 24 hours. Dale for representing the company you are very unprofessional as to Very Little if any at all Customer Service. Never treat a Customer like Dale you did an just hang up on a Client. 1 Star if that.
