My husband and I have been using the services provided at Dale's tires for a number of years now. And while staff may come and go, the shop and it's business principles have remained customer focused.
Dale tire used to be an awesome place to go but now it’s gone downhill and trashy at its finest. I went 15–20 minutes before closing time which is at 5pm for some air in my tire and the guy came out and said we are closed for today and not taking anymore. He didn’t ask what was needed or anything! That’s pitiful
I wanted no stars anywho went there yesterday had a nail in my tire...went there for a plug or patch he refused to do cause the tire kept going flat. Isn't that the whole point of those things tried to bully me into getting one of there crappy tires...I told him to just air it back up he did and I went down to the tire shop right on the corner across from club envy...go there for better used tires and new tires than dales...dales is trash now employees included
Went in for a new tire guy said all I needed was a patch up got me in and out in less than 30 minutes
