If I could give this company less than a star I would. This company is very unreliable. From November my barrels were shipped up this day I can’t get any solid information on when they can be picked up. All they give is excuse after excuse. I need my barrels. You are so unprofessional and nobody should do business with people like you all. I just need my barrels so I can be done with you all.

It was so easy to ship my items home and my mom was so excited about receiving her items, but to our surprise the barrels were missing items. Then the other ones take too many weeks to arrive.

Please do not use this company. Two barrels was picked up form my home on December 29th 2022 and as of March 9, 2023 the shipment was not received by the freight company in Jamaica. As per Combine Freight in Jamaica they have not received a shipment from Dales United Shipping company since January 3, 2023. I have called , text, emailed and as February 8th when texted and stated that the barrels will be in Jamaica the following week.
