This guy is a JOKE ! I took my tv and stereo receiver AND A DEPOSIT of $50.00 to him in the middle of December of 2016. I would call to see if my electronics was done but there was a lot of times that nobody would answer the phone. They closed their shop in Indiana and moved my electronics to their shop in Ford City. Good reviews HAD to have been written by them! – They had my TV for 2 1/2 months, and MY HUSBAND FINALLY HAD TO FIND THE PART ONLINE FOR THEM!!!! And then it took them another 2 1/2 weeks to get it done! THEN I drove over there TWICE and they were closed wheh they were supposed to be open. The only reason they can possibly still be in business is because we live in such a disposable society...nobody else FIXES TVs anymore. HORRIBLE – THE GUY CANT FIX TV AFTER 4 MONTHS! WIFE IS RECEPTIONIST AND IS REALLY RUDE ON PHONE....TERRIBLY RUDE TO A 75 YEAR OLD LADY! KEEPS TAKING TV AND CANT FIX IT....WONT GIVE MONEY BACK AFTER 4 MONTHS !
A great tv shop – The staff at Dale's tv cover over 16 counties and in is day and age that's pretty hard to believe. the tv biz is a dying art and not many of them around. They go will others won't.
Horrible Receptionist, VERY RUDE!! – I would NOT recommend going here!!!!!!!!!!!! Receptionist is very RUDE, NASTY, IGNORANT any thing you can think of. She gave us nothing but attitude. Very disrespectful, and makes the business look very BAD!!!!!!!!!Seems like she is always trying to make the customer look bad.Unless you wanted to be treated like garbage, don't go there!!!!!!
best electronic repair service around!!!!!!! – they fixed my unit in a timely matter. The price was fair and reasonable. The staff is friendly and knowlable.
