place is a joke, ordered a pump over a month ago, installed and pressures were not in spec, warranty process has taken 3 weeks for them to inspect and get back with me.
This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with I ordered a injector pump for my 2001 dodge I received the part with instructions on how to ship the core back to them once I had the pump installed and drove it the pump lasted about 15 miles when I sent it back for a replacement they said i sent it to the wrong department and they were not responsible and would not refund any of my money in the end they get there pump back to resale it and they get to keep my 1300 dollars as tight as money is these days who can affor... read more
This was the worst decision I ever made going with this company. I ordered 2 7.3 premium heads supposed to be new valves completely disassembled cleaned and checked. I received reman heads that had reconditioned valves they ground the tips no chamfer on edge the stems where actually chipped from grinding. The valve keepers were not installed completely and keepers were popping out of the hat. This is a scam business! Bought a DPF for my diesel pickup and paid a $800 core fee. They say my core is not rebuildable so is keeping my core charge. For a mere $200 more I could have purchased a new part instead. Don’t waste your money with these grifters.
Obviously just a 'drop-ship' business. Took 9 days to get MAP sensor and it turns out it is wrong part number. Returns require filling out a form where you must check boxes that you agree to their restocking fees and various conditions to allow the form to be submitted for their review and approval, so basically whatever they say goes even with wrong part shipped. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!
Is this even a real company? I ordered an EGR cooler kit for my Volvo semi. I sent in all the cores within the 30-day time frame that they wanted it. I drove the truck and immediately found out the cooler I just received was bad. I took it to a shop, and they verified. That was over two months ago. My truck that I rely on to pay my bills is still sitting because I have yet to receive my warrantied replacement, I was told I would get. This company is trying to charge a restocking fee and shipping fee for a bumper that was purchased for a chevy, and they sent a GMC. I am a 71-year-old veteran, and I will fight this to the end. I refuse to pay for their mistake. Beware all of this company. they will rip you off. This will be posted in many more places.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS. I ordered a fuel contamination kit for a 2012 duramax. After finding out that there were other issues with the truck, I decided to return the parts. Everything still sealed in the original packaging, never installed. They wanted to charge me 15% plus shipping to re-stock. Over $500 plus shipping just to do a simple return.
