I had my heater core replaced here, they cut a hole through the firewall of my truck with an angle grinder and the first day i got it back i went to the car wash and it flooded the inside of my truck. Had to pay a body shop to fix it, which cost more then the heater core. The heater core lines were supposed to be replaced and they were chopped and hose clamped back together and leaking antifreeze everywhere. Almost a year later, he still has the car, the $5+k he said it would cost to fix it! He has avoided communications, he has avoided attempts to make this right. He has lied, and taken advantage of a single mom on disability. Your company should be ashamed of the way youve handled this.
Dale is a liar and a thief beware of bringing your vehicle there u will be sorry
