I went on a recommendation from someone else. I wish I had read the reviews before taking my car to this guy!!! Please stay away from this place. Dale had my car for 1 1/2 years! In that time frame, I dealt with three different mechanics and two different receptionists. Of course, Dale said they were stealing from him. I asked him to call this job quits and return my money back numerous times. He insisted that he would fix the car. I had my heater core replaced here, they cut a hole through the firewall of my truck with an angle grinder and the first day i got it back i went to the car wash and it flooded the inside of my truck. Had to pay a body shop to fix it, which cost more then the heater core. The heater core lines were supposed to be replaced and they were chopped and hose clamped back together and leaking antifreeze everywhere. Almost a year later, he still has the car, the $5+k he said it would cost to fix it! He has avoided communications, he has avoided attempts to make this right. He has lied, and taken advantage of a single mom on disability. Your company should be ashamed of the way youve handled this.

Dale Came and picked my car up and fixed my car he was the most honest and cheapest place I have found! Thank you so much for everything! He is my new mechanic!

My car sat at his shop for weeks without him touching it after I came to get it giving up on him actually ever starting the work I found my car buried under snow in a ditch which he then pulled out by the tire with a chain destroying my inner tie rod end and then when I talk to him about resolving the problem he threatened my family.
