Used to be a good shop, but no more. Took in my bike for a few repairs but after 9 months, still no bike and every time I would stop by it looked the same as the time before. After being told for weeks upon weeks that it would be done "this week for sure" and given millions of reasons why it wasn't I was getting frustrated. Finally, three days in a row he told me it would be done "tomorrow for sure 100%". On the fourth day I said I'm coming to get my bike and was greeted with boxes of parts. Fixed fast easy to work with
Terrible ... Dale/Jerry pretends he's your best friend do not be fooled... Be firm and hold this place accountable or else they will sit on your bikes for months/years and keep not living up to their word. It was the only place open during the pandemic... this place doesn't even deserve a single star but required to put one to post this.
Place is a bad joke ! Beware !!!! Basically stoled 3 thousand dollars from me. And never fixed the bike. If there was a scale where there was - stars he would be at the bottom. BEWARE
