Not actually open until 6. They close early and don’t let you in even if you rush there from work. They seriously need to update their hours and signage. The girl working was nice though.
I took in 4 necklaces that sadly got all tangled up from travelling in my travel jewelry pouch. Kerri said she would untangle them at no charge. It took her 3 hours to untangle!! Thank you Kerri for your patience and not charging me
Went in to get my bracelet fixed and they did an amazing job! Staff were very friendly and helpful thank you guys!
