Our front door glass was shattered and we found Dale on Google and he was able to come out same day and put a temporary single pane piece of glass in place of the shattered double pane glass. He was very helpful and assured us that he would be able to replace the glass in our door with the same type in no more than a month. It has now been six weeks and over the course of the last four weeks we have tried to contact him via email and cell phone with very little success.
