We had to replace our water heater last year. We went to the Lowe's store in Milan and got a new one. It was installed by a Lowe's installer. About 2 mouths later it stoped working we called the Lowe's store and they had us call Whirlpool. Whirlpool gave us the phone number for Dale's General Maint. and said he could take care of it. We called him and with in 2 hours he had called us back and set up a time to look at it the next day.
