Dale’s pick up on time every Wednesday Morning at 6:00am. What more can you ask. They are a local company. I like that.
Dales Garbage Services is always on time and consistently does a phenomenal job. They've even gone above and beyond a couple of times when something fell out of my can, and they stopped and made sure it was picked up. 5-star review for Dales and if there was a 6 star, they'd get that. After putting my garbage to the road the night before and coming home the morning after pickup was scheduled my trash wasn’t picked up. I called the office and they stated I had a past due account which wasn’t over a month past due and I hadn’t received not one notice and employee stated that they had no phone or email for me on file which was completely false. So they skipped my house! Told me to hold the trash for an additional week and they would note my account that extra bags would be picked up! UNACCEPTABLE! I’m defini... read more
Dale's has excellent garbage pick-up service. I have been using them for 7 years and no complaints and no missed pickups, not even on Holidays when other garbage pick up services will not operate.
