The guys from Dales were GREAT! They had availability to come within a couple days of when I called. Great communication, friendly and super helpful in getting the job done. And there were a couple super dirty spots that they totally made look like new! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!!!
Keith who is Dale,’s son was prompt, called first and enthusiastic to have carpet like new in no time and he truly did just that. I highly, highly recommend this company.
Keith did a great job with a 28+ years old tan carpet.
We inherited a sofa & chair with the purchase of a house. They were so dirty, I hadn’t planned on keeping them, but decided to have them cleaned just to see. Wow! They’re like new after Dale’s Carpet & Upholstery got done with them. Plus, super pleasant guy to do business with. Thanks!!
Overall - Professional and courteous local service for upholstery work Job - a couch and rug with stains/etc. From dog/cats/little humans. Service - prompt.. called Monday, Keith came out Wednesday morning. Keith was professional - called when he was on his way and knows how to work fabric. Made a world of difference and we couldn’t be happier.
