Very knowledgeable and even pointed me in the right direction to do some work myself.
Dale promptly returned my call, made arrangements to pick up my boat from Marina and bring it to his shop for service. He made the agreed repairs, called me regarding the cost and another repair I needed before completing the additional repair, then returned my boat to the marina earlier than expected since it was in the peak of summer season. Overall a very positive experience. Replaced a gimbal bearing and bellows, a trim sender, and a fuel gage and fuel gauge in a 2000 Larson 186 LXI.
