I was traveling home after Thanksgiving and found myself needing an urgent repair. I pulled off to the nearest town and luckily found Dale’s Automotive. I told him what was going on, and he was quick and fair about the process. He was even kind enough to drop me off at a local hotel while I waited on the repair. He was able to order parts and get me back on the road within 24 hours. It’s hard to find genuine people like this anymore, so thanks Dale for making a stressful situation the best it could be.
If I could give more than five stars I would! Dale worked on my air conditioner when we were under an extreme heat warning. Fortunately, I had other transportation while he worked on my car. He was in constant contact with my husband every step of the way. I would definitely return to Dale’s again. What a wonderful gentleman and what wonderful people work for him.
I've had only great experiences at this shop. Clear communication, fast service, good prices, and honest advice about what's wrong, fixing it inexpensively when possible and never upselling unnecessary services.
