Had a puncture on my bike. Knew exactly what I needed and made sure I knew how to use it. Very polite and welcoming
I went to Dales Auto Spares for a set of front brake pads for my 2019 Mokka X. When i gave my car registration, both staff members immediately started to use their computers and catalogues to try and find the right pads, which took some time because my car was a very late model, but eventually the right make and part number of pads were found. I recommend Dales Auto Spares to everyone who needs a car part from knowledgeable and friendly people.
