Could not be happier with Dale's service! I bought a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator that was freezing food in the crisper drawer. A different tech service came out first to do a diagnostic and told me the fridge couldn't be fixed and that I'd "just have to live with it". Dale's came out next to give a second opinion, and actually put in the effort to diagnose the root issue and came up with a creative solution and fixed my fridge! They were knowledgeable, communicative, punctual, and so pleasant to interact with.
Talk about exceptional customer service....Mike came out to work on my dishwasher and I could not be happier with the service! Not only is he a super nice guy with a great sense of humor, but he stayed until 6pm on a Friday night to make sure EVERYTHING was checked out and running efficiently before he left. Very impressed; keep up the great work!
If you have an older appliance, don't waste your money with this service. Charged $127. to check the washer, stayed less than ten minutes, used the opportunity to train another repairman while there, and said the washer is shot, or if I wanted, would cost $600. to repair it. Then skipped out the door with $127. for doing nothing. They had no intention of repairing due to the age of the washer and this could have been discussed when the appointment was made over the phone without even bothering with a service call.
After Dale was referred by my trusted neighbors, I called about my Jenn-Air Electric oven. I had hoped it was just an element or a sensor and instead of being told I'd have to wait for a week or two, he walked me through a preliminary diagnosis on the phone, then with my Model #, he ordered the element and assured me it would arrive the next day (which it did). Great service and excellent repairmen I highly recommend Dale's, it's better to fix than buy new junky overpriced stuff! They always do a great job.
