This is a horrible, unethical, and unprofessional company. I ordered 2 items from them, sent in payment, and when the proofs arrived, only one of the items was correct. I let them know what I was looking for, and was then told I needed to pay $85 for the design work on what I wanted in the first place. I proceeded to tell them that they could cancel the 1 item if they could not do what I needed. They then proceeded to cancel my entire order in a temper tantrum, and now I am left scrambling to find these items elsewhere. ... read more
