Extremely unprofessional
I purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax brand new. Now this crooked car dealership sold me an extended warranty which started on the day that I purchased the car. This car came with a 36-month bumper to bumper warranty. So I'm paying for a warranty now when I am actually getting one for free from the manufacturer. I shouldn't be even paying for an extended warranty and they knew that. I'll be canceling that extended warranty. Be very aware of this car dealership. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado LT Crew Cab Z71 (5.3L V8, ~40K miles) from Dale Willey Chevrolet on December 27th for a little over $40,000. I was assured several times that the truck had passed their inspection and was in excellent condition. That could not have been further from the truth. Untrustworthy, will say anything to get a sale
Better do due diligence because these guys will misrepresent the vehicle’s quality (hide defects) just to get a deal! Then when the engine/transmission problem is brought to their attention, “oh we didn’t know, nothing we can do about it now other than we can try to fix it.” First and LAST time will ever think of doing business with this dealer. Service team was ok, but Gen mgr was a condescending joke.
