They attempted to extort more money from me. I paid cash for the vehicle that included $799.00 documet fees. Dale Willey refused to send my title unless I pay more money. My suggestion is, do business somewhere else. I had to get the State of Kansas involved to get my title. Not a good look attempting extortion and opening up a customer to credit card fraud. Always do great work and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Always great service here. I cannot say enough positive things about the technicians they have who work on the vehicles. They really know what they are doing. I learned a long time ago, the hard way, to take my vehice back to the dealer for service. That being said there are some things I can do myself yes, but for the most part I always take my little Chevy Spark there including my 2SS Camaro. Likewise my Toyota 4Runner goes to Olathe Toyota for it's oil changes and whatnot. I will keep coming back. Thanks guys!
I got my vehicle detailed there. They did an amazing job. It looks brand new.
