Bought an EV (5 year old car) from their used car dealership about 5 or 6 months ago. Everything was great up until 3 months ago when my battery refused to charge. I took the vehicle in expecting it to take maybe a few weeks to complete service but not was NOT the case. I have been without my $18,000 vehicle for almost three months now. Update: Things have changed at Dale Willey's Isaac Ybarra in sales is one of the most incompetent and worthless associates I've ever dealt with.
