My experience was terrible. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years at Dale Wiley. In that time I purchased 6 vehicles from them. I had a service issue with my truck and took it to them for repair. I had just replaced my battery in the truck but continued to have starting issues along with a couple alert messages. They diagnosed the issue as a low voltage cable issue and replaced my positive, negative cables and the fuse link that sits on top of the battery. A grand total of $1,500 dollars. Truck is good ! But dealing with these liars cost me big time. You better make sure you have everything in writing. Do not take there word for anything. They will say whatever they want to get you to sign and not keep their word. Buyer beware !
