Sercive overcharges. $220 for diagnostic fee after telling them what was wrong with the vehicle which they confirmed along with something else. Outrageous. $100 for shop supplies on an $1800 bill with only half being labor. I cant belive they use $100 of rags, grease, lube, clips, etc. They should be required to itemize what makes up this bogus fee. If its legit I get it but in this case likely not for another $100 out of the consumers pocket.
These scam artists lied to me about the state of the vehicle I purchased. As a corner cutting measure, they didn’t replenish the oil before selling and lied about the mileage milestone for the next service date. Now the car is totaled and they’re dodging accountability. I wouldn’t come in here to use the restroom if every other bathroom in Lawrence lacked a working toilet.
No pressure sale. Got a good price and had a respectful back and forth about what my trade was worth, mostly by email and text, which was nice. Paperwork was finished easily and in less than an hour. Really liked my sales person, Nick

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle. I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado LT Crew Cab Z71 (5.3L V8, ~40K miles) from Dale Willey Chevrolet on December 27th for a little over $40,000. I was assured several times that the truck had passed their inspection and was in excellent condition. That could not have been further from the truth.
