Jerk – I can't believe I just found this posting. The below individual is spot on...this guy Dale is a complete jerk. He is totally unprofessional and should not be in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIS COMPANIES (dalewilch. com; 800-hot-rods; and rpmcatalog. com). If you do, I promise you he will send out a minimum of 10 emails every single day to your email account. If you ask him to remove you from his list he will send you a nasty email. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY OR HIS COMPANIES!!!
Poor after-sales care – My dealings with Dale started out well. He was helpful, fair and honest. I bought several new and used parts from him and would have continued giving him business. However, one part (a ring & pinion set) was not as ordered. It did not fit my car and was not from the claimed manufacturer. After much discussion, Dale offered a refund but would not pay for shipping.
