I am giving one star, because 1/2 was not an option. I have been a patient of Dr. Toce's for 6 years. I left a message for him on Monday at 9:06 am regarding having shortness of breath and swollen ankles and legs. I called again at 10:12 to see if he got my message and was told that the nurse checks messages between patients. I called again at 12:10 and was on hold for 10 minutes and finally spoke with his Nurse. She told me she would relay the message and he would get back to me. I cannot say enough about Dr. Toce and the staff at his office. They are very friendly and make you comfortable. Just when I thought good old fashioned doctoring was a thing of the past...Dr. Toce has an amazing bedside manor. He explained everything and patiently listened to my questions and concerns. I would hands down recommend this practice and Dr. Toce to anyone who needs a great Dr. that has a great, professional staff!
