It doesn't make any sense to schedule an appointment because the address isn't accurate to where he cuts hair. Second, because once you arrive on time for your appointment he doesn't acknowledge the fact that he is behind and still puts 2 walk-in customers in front of you having you wait. Third, you pay extra ($40) to book an appointment for barber services so you might as well save the money and do a walk-in for $15 dollars less with no expectations that your hair will be cut on time.

I decided to try a new barber today and Dale did a very good job, I was impressed! I will definitely be returning, the only negative thing that I could point out was that he was a Eagle fan and not a Raiders fan.
