Dr Landry and the entire staff were amazing. From making the appointment to check-in the staff were both friendly and helpful. Dr Landry took the time to explain where he thought the problem was, mapped out the process and steps we will take to solve, the possibilities we could face based on test results and answered all of my questions. Great experience.
Dr Landry and support staff were awesome! From the administrative person at the front desk to the medical support person to my experience with Dr Landry, all were professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The time I waited once checked in was minimal and the newly renovated facility was beautiful. Thank you NFS OA for a positive experience. I look forward to my next appointment to see if they can replicate my experience or if I was just lucky .
