I visited the Dale Stone shop in Armadale, the staff were polite, friendly and informative. Having identified what I wanted to purchase, I then processed to place my order online. I was purchasing some steel reinforced pavers and in the "Dale Stone Colour Selection" section it asks you to select from 5 different colours "Limestone, Charcoal, Stone wash, Apricot, and Acorn Brown". When I received my order it was not the colour I ordered. I wasn't given an explanation as to why the pavers weren't the colour I wanted, only that... read more
