Do NOT buy a house from mike young. He is a liar and a con artist! He will say anything it takes to sell you a house about to crumble to the ground! He sold me a house knowing it was infested with termites and that it had lots of problems! It was all found in previous inspections 6 month prior. But my inspection (who mike hand picked) passed just fine. Everyone who came after i purchased it said this house should not have passed inspection.
