Be aware that for repairs you might pay the highest possible price on used parts possible. We were charged 300$ for a 2" metal piece, that they got out from an old trailer to use in ours. He charged us the full price for a complete replacemement of landing gear foot, while that broken piece was worth a 10$ 1 hour of labour is 125$ Is this place a rip off? This is the 3rd camper that we have purchased from Dale, we always have had a good experience when we go there; always friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Dale for buying your next Jayco camper!
My husband and his buddy bought a trailer from this guy. He NEVER calls them back when they have questions about the trailer we bought off him. His wife didn't want to help them this weekend when they went up to this place until they said they got a trailer there. If I buy something off someone I want answers and helped and a phone call back. I would not recommend him or his customer service avoid if possible
