Absolutely the worst customer service. I do not believe they have answered the phone once in a year. Billing and payment is a joke. You have to catch them at the right time. Virginia American Water needs to take this place over and in a hurry.
This is the worst water sewage company ever. They never answer their phone, but yet everytime their billing is out they want to cut your water off. They do not offer any way to pay your bill online, and their phone system is the pits so they say. I had been calling them for weeks. No answer, when you call them they say they are owned by Virginia American Water, but they are not, when you call Virginia American Water they say we do not own that. They need a better system.
