This is A Prejudiced Company.I wouldn’t recommend working there or having your family members there. They do not care about their clients or their caregivers. I was hired on here as a CNA (extra qualified) but was not offered any more pay then just a everyday care giver, since I am a full-time student in med school I took the job still for its flexible schedule. I was given a client who verbally abused me for months when upgrading the company on this nothing was ever done, I was expected to go early or stay late with this client endless times, after months of this I finally asked to be resigned to a new client. Aida was very punctual, caring and sympathetic. She was cheerful and a quick learner. Worked well from lists. Loved to cook and bake. Helped our family tremendously after mom came home from the hospital.
I would recommend the Amada Senior Care group to anyone who is looking for truly loving, compassionate care for their loved ones. The loving care that they provided for my mother was truly amazing!! They cared for her and made her comfortable right to the time of her passing. The excellence starts at the top with ownership and filters down to each and every care giver. I can not say enough positive things about Amada!! The caregivers, nurses, and even the administrators are so hands on, that my husband and I felt so comfortable and well taken care of. From the first day Todd came into our home, the care and compassion was limitless. Everyone goes far beyond anything I have ever seen in home health aide.
