Released NHS slots then cancelled them all. More worried about making money than helping people. Should have owned their mistake and honoured the appointments.
I was surprised to be referred to the hygienist for the removal of calculus - previously this has always been done by the dentist himself on the day of the check-up.
I was pleased with treatment disappointed with having to pay hygienist for my scale and polish
