My last visit on October 15 was not what I expected. Front desk staff were wonderful. MA talked all a out herself. Now, Dr Pippin. I used to think he was the best MD I had ever seen but my visit was awful. He never listened to my heart or lungs. O ly intrested in putting my refills in the computer. Not focused on any issues I had. I mentioned I had issues with my thumbs and his response was "what do you want me to do about it?" Really? The staff from Reception to MA were outstanding. Very pleasant personalities and knowledgeable. Dr Pippin has been the first MD to actually listen and understand. He knows his medicine and has the kindest personality. I felt very welcomed there and give this clinic and Dr Pippin an A+. Went to appt today oct 15 2026. Boy have things changed. Dr Pippin always greets you with a smile makes you feel comfortable. We discussed everything we needed to in a timely and efficient manner. The staff was just wonderful I have no complaints about where I receive Medical attention. I was home and relaxing after my appointment and Dr Pippin called me and gave me some additional information about my medicine that was unexpected and I believe it goes above and beyond showing he really cares. Thank you Dr Pippin and staff ❤
It was my first visit with Dr Pippin and still to early to make a decision. He made me feel comfortable and looked over all my medications and even made some changes. Made me a follow-up appointment and going to give him a try. So far so good.
