My husbands insurance agent, Jonathan, lied about coverage which ended up costing us $900 out of pocket after an accident. My husband confronted Dale, the owner, about the situation after he dodged our calls several times. Dale said that Jonathan should pay for the repairs out of his personal pocket, which obviously didn’t happen.
